Through most of central North Carolina, we are talking 40mileanhour winds. That could cause isolated problems, not widespread. A little less as you head farther to the northwest, and up in warren county, 2 to 4 inches with 20 to 30milean hour winds. Thats all tomorrow. No big problems today.
