Francisco was not aware that ice was taking this action. Reporter sources tell abc 7 San Francisco police also didnt know about ices plans. Now the chief is trying to get to the bottom of it. Aguilar was last seen leaving a party on with her boyfriend at a home on jackson street in selby avenue. When she did not come home on monday, her family reported her missing two san jose police. Late friday, Hayward Police announced the agency was taking over the investigation as a homicide.
