Yeah, frank, sometime overnight vandals climbed a 25 foot tank like this one cutting a couple of locks. They left graffiti behind but no one is certain thats all dont do nothing with your water right now. Dont drink it. Dont touch it. Thats why i came down here. This Water District yard in South San Francisco was busy with activity as people arriving home learned their water could be tainted and came to get bottled water offered for free. Within the last half hour the jury in the bill cosby sex assault trial says it is deadlocked. This is video of bill cosby leaving the courthouse just minutes after the jury spoke with the judge this morning. They told the jury to return with deliberations. They were working to come up with a verdict for 30 hours now. Jeanette reyes is following the trial from the very beginning and joins us in Montgomery County with the latest. Reporter well, interestingly enough this morning was very quiet and suddenly an hour ago we heard that the jury was being brought back into the courtroom. Telling the judge just minutes ago we learn that they could not come to a unanimous decision on any of the three counts that cosby is charged with. The defense asked the judge to declare it a mistrial and he would not do that. And told the jury it was their duty to try to come to a verdict. And go back and try to come up with a verdict.
