Reporter keith and renee, genuine surprise. This block north 10 street in north philadelphia has been under surveillance for at least a week. The target of that surveillance we learned has two young girls, and neighbors say she kept pretty much to herself. The blind shade drawn inside the house we traced back to Keonna Thomas. Neighbors say she shared wit her two daughters, her mother and her grandmother. Three american flags dot the front awning where hours before the fbi arrested thomas for attempting to aid terrorists.
