but the weather was good. we never want it too warm. it feels warmer especially if you are blocked from the wind. san francisco we are starting out with another overcast day and fog out there and temperatures within a few degrees of where we were yesterday morning. our morning trend continues getting into the afternoon in san francisco expected to get into the upper 60s. temperatures outside our door where we look at san francisco at 56 degrees. oakland at 61 and we ve got livermore and san jose checking into the upper 50s. partly to mostly cloudy skies. cool conditions. onshore breeze at fairfield not quite as strong and et miles an hour reported sustained and coming in from the north and coming in from the west over areas of napa at 7 miles per hour or so. the cloud cover is filling in and that s where we stand this morning. mostly cloudy skies over the north bay. east bay through livermore but you get over to antioch you look like you are getting into a soggy start. san
