Michael J. Kelly, a former dean of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, died of complications following surgery Jan. 20 at the Broadmead Retirement Community in Cockeysville. The former Inner Harbor and Guilford resident was 85.
Joyce Tomlin Griffith, a retired artist and interior designer who created show window exhibitions for the old Stewart’s Department Store, died of a stroke Nov. 24 at the Broadmead Retirement Community. She was 94.
Joan Smith Eastman McShane, a former chemist and sports enthusiast who became an active Episcopal Church parishioner, died of complications from old age Aug. 4 at the Broadmead Retirement Community in Cockeysville. She was 91.
