Pamela S. Talalay, a former Hopkins professor of neurology who was also a medical editor, died Aug. 24 from cancer at her Roland Park Place home. She was 93.
Reverend Monsignor John J. Auer, the longest-serving priest in the Archdiocese of Baltimore with 65 years since his ordination, died of complications of an infection and dementia on Aug. 14 at Little Sisters of the Poor, St. Martin’s Home in Catonsville. He was 92.
Lorraine T. Green, a retired Baltimore Public Schools educator who had been home economics department head at Forest Park High School and the first diversity coordinator at Roland Park Country School, died Aug. 15. The former longtime Ashburton resident was 92.
Dr. Neal Nathanson, a virologist who also worked in epidemiology and public health and spent more than two decades at the Johns Hopkins University, died of leukemia and pneumonia at his Cambridge, Massachusetts home on Aug. 11. The former Roland Park resident was 94.
