Tough time awaits traffickers of illicit drugs between Nigeria and India with a historic signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and the Narcotics Control Bureau of India in Abuja.
Nigeria and India have agreed to exchange vital intelligence on the activities of drug trafficking syndicates operating vulnerable drug routes between both countries, while the latter will also strengthen the capacity of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), officers with training.
