I didnt know it was cents a little girl. So i followed them, you know, safe as i could, try to get the tag number. Smith got video of the fleeing car, using his cell phone. I knew it was cents a seven year old, i probably would have stopped him. But i was just trying the tag number, i know he had hit somebody. If i knew it was as seven year old, man, no telling what i would have done. Told the girl is in stable condition. Family members hope the person who did this will dot right thing.
