The driver was going on the street here before sunrise. A school bus was there taking out what appears to be the mirror of a parked car and just kept on going. Seconds after the bus hit the ford escape the sideswipes another parked car and the driver who was following the bus left a note and a link to the video so they could file a police report. This would be the owner of the vehicle that was hit. Chris was there, found his note on his fiances car. I came out and actually found this i saw the rear tire first and that was blown out and you can see the side wall is obviously the then all these Rearview Mirror i saw was missing and the front tire was blown out. The bus we did not see drop off or pick up any kids. A license plate number should help police, but it can be fairly tight when vehicles are going both directions. In fact, throughout friday the temperatures actually fell instead of picked up like they typically would. And theyve been continuing to fall throughout the night. Take steps to protect the homeless. Philadelphia and other parts of our area have a code blue in effect today. In philly the Homeless Outreach overnight has brought at least 50 people to warm indoor places. All seemingly back to normal after weather caused some traffic problems.
