The driver was going on the street here before sunrise. A school bus was there taking out what appears to be the mirror of a parked car and just kept on going. Seconds after the bus hit the ford escape the sideswipes another parked car and the driver who was following the bus left a note and a link to the video so they could file a police report. This would be the owner of the vehicle that was hit. Chris was there, found his note on his fiances car. I came out and actually found this i saw the rear tire first and that was blown out and you can see the side wall is obviously the then all these Rearview Mirror i saw was missing and the front tire was blown out. The bus we did not see drop off or pick up any kids. A license plate number should help police, but it can be fairly tight when vehicles are going both directions.
