Reporter mateo wears an ankle bracelet and the mayor says he is is not a sex offend every but will not say why hes wearing that bracelet, he does however believe theres a correlation between it and the vicious attack. After two hours the victim was allowed to leave. Distraught, she went to school and reported the assault. Her description helped police with the arrest. The victim provided police with information that led to the capture and are of a angel mateo, 21 years old. Because of this incident, the mayor here to review everyone in the city wearing an ankle bracelet who lives near a school.
