Carson City Supervisor Brad Bonkowski will hold his monthly Breakfast with Brad this Friday, Sept. 7, from 7 to 8 a.m. at the Cracker Box restaurant. Bonkowski encourages any resident with ideas, questions or concerns about city issues to join him for coffee and conversation.

I attended a League of Women Voters meeting last week ( October 16th). I may be have been dreaming, but people were mostly civil to each other. It was a refreshing change from so many discussions I ve observed over the past two years. . . mostly angry shouting matches.
