And you must’ve been extra good this year, because the movie features a supporting role from everyone’s favorite hunky, gay Olympian-turned-actor, Gus Kenworthy consider that a holiday bonus!
In all seriousness, the role represents some new territory for Kenworthy, who’s previous roles have mostly all been comedic. But in ’The Sacrifice Game,’ he’s playing it straight. Literally.
Speaking with Queerty, the former athlete gets candid about channeling real-life fears into his “scream queen” performance, the surprising challenges of carving out a career in Hollywood, and his dream roles including a hypothetical rom-com with Richard Madden, who he’s been told he looks like multiple times (we’re holding out hope for our ’Boyfriend Twins’ pitch).
