BOULDER, Colo. â Authorities in Boulder are warning students against St. Patrickâs Day parties after the March 6 party-turned-riot that injured officers and damaged property.
Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold and University of Colorado Boulder Police Chief Doreen Jokerst are urging students to follow public health guidelines and avoid large gatherings on Wednesday, St. Patrick s Day.
Boulder County Public Health guidelines limits personal gatherings to no more than 10 people from two different households.

BOULDER, Colo. â Police say violence and destruction broke out as officers worked to break up a party involving hundreds of people near the University of Colorado Boulder on Saturday.
Police say three officers were injured after they were struck with rocks and bricks. Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold said they are lucky there were not more serious injuries considering the amount of projectiles and force of the crowd. She said all officers are recovering and doing OK at this time with minor injuries.

Police receive over 750 tips following violent street party in Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. â Police in Boulder Monday said they have received more than 750 tips in the past 24 hours after Saturdayâs violent street party.
Police said the tips came from a variety of sources and a team of detectives from both Boulder police and CU Boulder PD are reviewing them to identify those responsible. The pictures and the videos that are coming in to us are incredibly clear. They re coming from different sources and we re working to identify all the individuals who were seen committing crimes, said Dionne Waugh, a spokesperson for Boulder PD.
