After a man is shot outside the Colonial Manor motel near east 46th avenue off of i70. How is the man doing . Reporter we havent been able to get an update on the mans condition but we do know as of last night he was in Critical Condition. This is right by i70 under the freeway and that may have been a bit of a challenge because this the scene was quite the set up with police surrounding the motel but also having to get on to 46th avenue as they investigate the case for hours. They could only open up this hour and let the motel open and remove the scene in the last hour or so. So we know that crime scene investigators were here quite some time collecting evidence not only on the side of the motel but also in the surrounding area spending time they left within the last hour or two so again that victim remains in Critical Condition but as far the suspect, police say theyre working on a description and they believe its only one person involved in the shooting and havent been able to give
