Nhl we were promised it would be made when we were back in the district working and serving our constituents and that a plan would be place in we got back but instead when we came back we welcomed 33 trillion in debt. Were looking at spending 7 trillion and only receiving 5 trillion, a 2 trillion annual deficit that we were all just distraught over. It is immoral for us to have a deficit this high. I have children and grandchildren. We have to get spending under control. While there are disagreements on both side of the aisles and were stuck at a crossroads, theres a path forward. Im so proud of the work my colleagues have done. We have moderate republicans and the most conservative republicans working together to actually pass these bills individually and the house should not go home this week once we begin voting without voting on these single subject bills that bloat american spending and show the American People the majority they voted for can govern. Being an on line activists are helping on any of these fronts but i think you should at least be aware whether you are a donor and activist a supporter and elected official or candidate if you work at a nonprofit. You should know that the impact of these tools have an importance that they hold when you think about strategies or you think about ways not just freeze up to get involved but for those organizations and other efforts that you are aligned with. So i want to talk about politics and advocacy aint quickly about campaigns and elections and the shifting tide of media and journalism as well. The biggest thing i get when i talk to people about this topic is okay so you are on twitter him on facebook and have a blog you are preaching to the choir. I hear about things like obamas big date and thats what makes a difference. I want to give
