Lets zoom in on the region. , seat pink is an indication of freezing rain and drizzle off to our south over portions of New Castle County into south jersey and back into lancaster and Chester County. When the snow light tense up you start to see a little bit of drizzle and that driven can freeze on contact with temperatures at the surface below freezing especially untreated surfaces and bridges and overpasses.
