Theres been another deadly shooting at a school this time a middle school in sparks, nevada, east of reno. The police are telling us that a student shot and killed a teacher and then wounded two classmates then, they say, the boy killed himself. John blackstone is on the scene of this breaking story. Reporter the first shots were fired by the 13yearold gunman just before classes were about to begin. Deputy police chief tom robinson. The best description is chaos. The kids were running out and they were scared, freaked out. So its too early to say whether or not he was targeting specific people or just going on a you know, indiscriminate shooting spree. The fact we haven t had this breakdown of the 3.3 million paid versus unpaid is a really big deal. we ll hear this repeated. the administration put it out and put it out on purpose and they can argue that at least the trajectory is better. they re signing up more people faster, at least they did in january. that s sort of one highlight from this for the administration. the problem is, by not breaking down the paid and unpaid, we really have no idea what the 3.3 million person universe looks like. if you talk to industry experts like bob laszewski who is often on fox, he will say you can have as high as 20% of that group being unpaid, and virtually never being actual enrollees. if that s the case, you re talking about 5 million enrollees going down to 4 million enrollees. that million people can make a huge difference, particularly if the demographic mix is bad, and we have seen indications it s bad. if you look at the state
