Christopher Seider was just an 11 year old boy on February 22, 1770. He was the son of German immigrants and had participated in patriotic groups opposing the British for taxes and impressing young men into the Royal Navy. On that fateful day a crowd was protesting outside of the Ebenezer Richardson's house because he was a custom's agent and had broke up a protest outside a loyalist business.
