Basically saying after someone does has not registered as a vacancy, that time has come up. The city hes proposing we begin fining those people on a daily basis if there are longterm vacancies. The conversation conference was attended by the long Beach Business Association and called out the fact in our neighborhood two landlords have 21 of all the vacancies in our commercial district and we need to be calling these people out and these are the kind of people we need to crackdownon.
