BEDFORD The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce has announced a new networking opportunity for the business community in Bedford County Networking Walks are being planned for noon Thursdays beginning March 4.
“With the ongoing gathering restrictions due to COVID-19, we still don’t know when we’ll be able to resume our traditional Business After Hours mixers,” Chamber President and CEO Kellie Goodman Shaffer said. “This is a safe, socially distant way for people to make connections with one another. Our goal is to promote fellowship, fitness and fun.”
The “net-walking” program will be offered weekly throughout the month of March. Registrants should meet at noon at the Bedford Elks Country Club pavilion.
