The coroner's office said a 49-year-old woman, Billie Jean Buckland of Mount Penn, collided with motorcyclist James Patrick McNeill, 29, of Washington Township Sept. 28, 2023 near the intersection of Black Matt Road and West Schuylkill Road, which is Route 724, in Union Township, Berks County.
