Karnataka JD(S) chief H D Kumaraswamy, accompanied by his son Nikhil Kumaraswamy and former MP Kupendra Reddy, met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president J P Nadda in Delhi to discuss preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The leaders talked about state politics, seat sharing, and the possibility of JD(S) officially joining the BJP-led NDA after the consecration of the Rama temple in Ayodhya. The focus was on winning all 28 Lok Sabha constituencies in Karnataka and ensuring Narendra Modi s return as Prime Minister. The parties emphasized trust and faith in decision-making for the elections.
MPs Jyotirmoy Singh Mahato, Locket Chatterjee and BJP s general secretary (Organization) Amitava Chakravorty will also be present at the meeting. Two former BJP state Presidents Dilip Ghosh and Rahul Sinha will also attend the meeting.
