Parks & Recreation is finally getting their due with a new album set to arrive on Aug. 27. And to mark the 10th anniversary of their Pawnee reunion performance where they debuted 5,000 Candles in the Wind after the death of town mascot Lil Sebastian, a new video and digital release for the song has arrived.

Mouse Rat, the fictional
Parks And Recreation band responsible for such bangers as ‘Sex Hair’ and ‘5000 Candles In The Wind (Bye Bye Li’l Sebastian)’, have announced they’ll be releasing a full-length album later this year.
Pawnee newsreader Perd Hapley broadcast the news on Cameo this morning, saying the group have joined forces again to honour the 10th anniversary of Li’l Sebastian’s passing.

The Awesome Album, will be dropping on August 8 this year and yes, you can already pre-order the vinyl. As for the tracklist, it contains all the songs you’ll remember from the show, like ‘5000 Candles’, ‘Catch Your Dream’, and ‘The Pit’, and will also see Duke Silver that is, Ron Swanson reprising his role as lead saxophonist on a couple of the tracks.
