Reporter the Maryland Transportation Authority said the traffic is growing at the rate of three percent 3 per month and firstyear revenues higher. They said the toll roadways purpose is to provide relatively congestion tree travel with reliable travel times. And it will respond directly, presumably priestly to cut the tolls in half.
