President Cyril Ramaphosa says he has accepted that the political fallout between himself and his predecessor, former president Jacob Zuma, will have to be resolved by the courts because that is what Zuma has chosen.
Indeed he is unrepentant for what he did as he see nothing wrong for showing the Constitutional Court the middle finger and for selling the country to the Guptas and their associates.
Former president Jacob Zuma has been authorised to prosecute advocate Bill Downer SC privately. On Tuesday, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) announced that Zuma was issued with a nolle prosequi certificate.
