We are pleased to be hosting this event with our good friends the United States capital Historical Society. I cant think of a better way to mark Constitution Day than with a program devoted to citizenship. Our founders knew that our democratic system of government would depend on having an informed citizenry. John adams said that livery cannot be preserved without general knowledge among the people.
