The ownership of Krabloonik Dog Sledding said the business will keep operating despite eviction efforts by the town of Snowmass Village. The town is the landlord for the Krabloonik property, which is located at 4250.
The Snowmass Village Town Council has officially appointed Ed Foran to the six-member Krabloonik Best Practices Review Committee, filling a position that opened up in early May when Bill Fabrocini resigned.
Though some members of Snowmass Village Town Council said they found Krabloonik Dog Sledding to be in default on its lease with the town at an April 11 work session, it will likely require a council vote for the default to become official and final, according to Town Manager Clint Kinney.
It only took about five minutes at a Snowmass Village Town Council work session on Monday night before council members dove into Krabloonik Dog Sledding’s tethering practices at the commercial dog sled facility on Divide Road.
