they re identified as 54-year-old hua y chen of new york city. she died at the scene of the crash. she was trapped underneath that tour bus. the other victim who died has been identified as 30-year-old idil bahsi of istanbul, turkey. overnight. now, as you can see in this video from the ground and in the air, this tour bus rolled over on to its side. it was carrying 50 people, according to delaware state police, the driver, who has been identified as 56-year-old jinli zhao of flushing new york, was trying to navigate the curve on the off-ramp from state route 1 south to us 15 north. express out of new york city. police tell us the passengers were part of a sight seeing tour sponsored by e-world travel and tours also based out of new york. they had been on the tour since friday, coming from washington back to new york at the time of the crash. 26 passengers out of the 50 on board were brought here to christiana hospital. injuries vary widely. these patients, some have head i
