before we talk debt ceiling, let s talk about the here and now. the senate will vote shortly after the top of this hour. we know how this is expected to play out. tamron, well, the senate chaplain has been praying the daily prayer and what s needed now the country is so fed up with this kind of brinksmanship, the steps that will unfold in the next few minutes do vofl the senate where they will take up what the house passed over the weekend and effectively put it in the trash bin. it s called a motion to table, taking the bill and setting it aside. that s the senate democrat s way of saying we will not negotiate on anything that has to do with the health care law. they only want a measure that will keep the government s lights on and doors open and people employed. what we will see is that vote. it should be a significant party line vote and then we ll hear from senate leaders who will come to the cameras in 15 or 20 minutes or so and tell us the state of play. but in those
