Well, hey erin, yeah we were live earlier right by the accident on the southbound lanes of 28 right on the overpass of 66, but then police came up to us, knocked on our window and told us we had to get out of there because they were going to try to land a chopper on the southbound lanes of route 28 to respond to this crash. Earlier we were reporting that there were no serious injuries in this crash. However, its unclear now exactly whats going on and if this chop chopper is respondingo possible injuries that they found later on after doing some investigating and clearing out of this crash but its a doozie. Right now northbound lanes of route 28 are moving. However, the southbound side, the far right two lanes are currently still blocked with Emergency Response vehicles. They are trying to upright and tow away at least two, possibly three trucks. They looked all of them looked large, maybe big rigs. We did see at least ....

Ago this was called in around 4 15. I can tell you that a man came up to me and told me that he not only witnessed the fire but went up to the door, got kick the door open, got inside and was able to wake up a person in one of the apartments and bring them to safety. We havent had a chance to get the latest information from fire crews. Theyre still as you can see working the scene right here. Well come back live at some point but we want to tell you that this obviously this part of main street is shut down and will be for some time as crews continue to work on this blaze and deal with some hot spots. Its not clear if there were any transports we had one person again tell us that they helped wake someone up who was inside. But fire crews have not been able to say whether theyve transported anyone.
