BWS Gifts House to Employee Who Lost Home to Fire
Staff from the Belize Water Services Limited travelled to Burrell Boom Village in Belize District this morning, but not to fix the water supply. Instead they were handing over a house to one of the company’s employees who recently lost everything to a fire. News Five’s Duane Moody reports.

It was an overwhelming day for the Burgos family when the ribbon was cut and they were handed the keys to a new home. BWS plant operator Julio Burgos, his common-law-wife, daughter and his parents will be living in the house after finishing, plumbing and partitions are installed. ....
