Sweden clinch women’s relay IBU World Cup crown with Nové Město win

Sweden captured the women’s International Biathlon Union (IBU) World Cup relay crystal globe after winning the sixth and final event of the season in Nové Město na Moravě in the Czech Republic.
Elvira Öberg clinched victory in the women’s 4x6-kilometre relay when she sprinted up the last hill to pass Belarus’ Elena Kruchinkina.
The 25-year-old and her Swedish team mates Mona Brorsson, Hanna Öberg and Linn Persson finished in a time of 1 hour 3min 26.6sec using six spare rounds.
