And this means clashing with and in the Berkeley Center with much violence earlier this week. And protesters made their way through city streets. And that is when the scrimmages started. There was a gap between the streets. Dozens were arrested. Some of the officers were terror related but they are coming under scrutiny for the way they handled several encounters with protesters.
