Christmas is here, and for many Down Under, this means presents, time with family, lots of food, and a break from work.
However, given most of Australia does take a break for the festive season, the temptation for business owners to use this ‘borrowed time’ to catch up on emails and work is surely irresistible for some.

For the past 10 or so months, most of us have been glued to our phones, computers and televisions, undergoing a love-hate relationship with the news.
This Christmas, however, offers everyone, whether you run a business or work for one, the chance to take a break.
But switching off doesn’t have to mean going ‘off the grid’.

What these 16 entrepreneurs are reading this summer
December 22, 2020

The books I am most excited to read and reread are
Honeybee by Craig Silvey,
To Sleep In A Sea of Stars by Christopher Paolini and, of course,
Dune by Frank Herbert, because the movie remake looks like it will be phenomenal.
So, for those who have similar intentions, but perhaps don’t have a towering pile of unread books awaiting some tender love and care, we asked 16 entrepreneurs what they are reading this Christmas, to give you some inspiration.
