Child Health Experts have said there is no Firm Evidence that spending time looking at computer screens and smartphones is harmful to children. In the First Official uk guidance, the Royal College of paediatrics and child health said no specific time limits should be placed on childrens use of screens, but it recommended they should be avoided for an hour before sleep. In its guidance to parents, the Royal College says the popular view that time in front of a screen is toxic to health has essentially no evidence to support it. Many things are harmful to us.
