of the midwest. and the northern plain. that is going to move in our direction. and mix with the colder air. of course the lower portion is going to lift warmer air in. what that means for us is the warmer air is going to lift. it s going to fall through the cold air. and what we get after midnight will bring potential for freezing drizzle. national weather service has issued a winter weather advisory. goes into effect at 4:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. stays with us through 10:00. for the areas in gray and in green. why you re seeing the greens there, that is a flood watch. goes into effect tomorrow afternoon and stays with us tomorrow night. again, we re expecting about a of an inch of rain. and with that rain, we ll see the potential for flooding. we will see again, a very thin layer of ice, potentially from washington county, out toward allegheny and garrett county. and with that ice, well, we re going to see a bit of a meltdown, after the temperatures go up, after arou ....

storm system is moving in, in unexpected fashion. a lot of moisture moving from the south. bringing with it mild weather. we re talking about an inch to inch and a half. as it moves on into the colder air, that warm air and that rain is going to lift up over it, and kind of fall through that colder air. we re looking at the potential for ice and freezing rain. national weather service has issued a flood watch in effect for tomorrow afternoon, through tomorrow evening. and again, the rest of the area, the gray and all of the area shaded in green there, as you see, is under a winter weather advisory. going into effect at 4:00 in the morning. and staying with us until 10:00 a.m. tomorrow. it s because of this ice moving on through, they can expect to see maybe a longer duration. anything untreated. but the biggest problem is going to be that the snow is still on the ground. the rain is going to wash that away. and it has nowhere to go. so be wear of flooding in urban areas ....
