When the COVID-19 pandemic scuttled Michelle Bui’s best laid plans for 2020 she mourned like everyone else, but then she started baking like no one’s ever seen and now her outlook for 2021 is on the rise.  On Saturday, Bui and her sister Anna will be back out at the OSU-OKC Scissortail Farmers Market, this time with more inventory after their baked goods were wiped out before noon during the season’s first event.
