More police stations set to crack QR code system

Under this new system, posters containing QR codes will be prominently displayed throughout the police stations. Visitors can simply scan the code and provide ratings for their station experience, including evaluating the behaviour of the police. It is anticipated that this innovative approach will also help combat corruption within the police force. The QR code feedback received will be diligently monitored by the respective Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs).
