Pakistan govt's Digital Media Wing Wednesday released a report accusing dissident groups of colluding with ‘foreign hostile actors’ to propagate fake news about Islamabad.
ISLAMABAD: An Israeli publication on Monday again alleged that former Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Sayed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari paid a secret visit to Tel Aviv as a messenger of Pakistani leaders a claim that was instantly denied by the government and personally by Mr Bukhari.
Israel Hayom, a Hebrew-language daily, claimed that Mr Bukhari visited Israel in the last week of November during which he met senior officials in the foreign ministry and former Mossad chief Yossi Cohen.
It further said that during the visit that took place under “heavy pressure from the United Arab Emirates”, Mr Bukhari delivered messages from the country’s leadership.

Hamas launched rockets at Tel Aviv and toward Jerusalem early on Thursday and Israel vowed to keep pummelling the Islamist faction in Gaza despite a prediction by U.S. President Joe Biden that their fiercest hostilities in years might end soon.
There was no immediate word of casualties from the pre-dawn salvo, which set off sirens as far as northern Nahalal, 100 km (62 miles) from Gaza, sending thousands of Israelis to shelters.
At least 67 people have been killed in Gaza since violence escalated on Monday, according to the enclave s health ministry. Seven people have been killed in Israel, medical officials said.
