Were told by investigators the man identified himself as an officer and ordered a driver to pull over. It happened thursday afternoon near 17th and West Highland avenue. Those that frequent the area tell us this is particularly disturbing since a school filled with children is nearby. Im going to stress the fact that a school is there.
