On Oct. 23 Goetten was charged with DUI and several other traffic offenses. According to court documents, on Oct. 22 Goetten was driving a 2020 Toyota truck near the intersection of Hollow and Lincoln avenues when he was stopped by a Jersey County deputy for improper lane usage shortly after 10 p.m. The charges were filed the next day.

A Jersey County sheriff’s deputy stopped the driver for improper lane use and filed the charges the next day.
