We are going to talk about trolls and hackers, leakers, twitter, facebook, filter bubbles. Fundamentally this question is whether a democracy in which media and organization is moved online, whether we can survive or adjust to that new world. A will start with nate, professor of law at stanford law school. His scholarship focuses on Voting Rights, political parties, Campaign Finance, redistricting, and elections administration.
