never spoke of suicide. awesome. reporter: the world only knew robin williams as a funny man but the final report from the coroner reveals the man who was also troubled by internal demons that may have led to his suicide. entered the bedroom to find mr. williams clothed in a seated position unresponsive with a belt secured around his neck. reporter: it s been reported williams suffered from depression and had a history of alcohol and drug abuse. toxicology tests found no trace of illegal drugs or alcohol. he was diagnosed with parkinson s disease last year. the autopsy showed abnormal growths in his brain and a neurologist told kpix 5, their effects could have caused a number of symptoms including depression, anxiety and hallucinations. williams wife told investigators he could not sleep and was experiencing an increase in his paranoia. the night before his death, he was anxious about his wristwatches and put them in a sock to give to a friend for safe keeping. she t

open. this accident happened right before 5:30 in the middle of the afternoon commute. it turned traffic into a nightmare and seriously injured a chp officer. the afternoon traffic is bad on a good day, but now it was made worse. i had to get off the freeway. one was hoping hopefully it would die down but it didn t die down. reporter: a van swerved in front of a chp motorcycle officer traveling on the lane at 50 to 60 miles per hour. the reason, whether he made a voluntary lane change or force out by another vehicle is still being investigated. reporter: all lanes were immediately shut down allowing a medivac helicopter and transported the officer to the hospital. unfortunately in this area there are no secondary routs. reporter: despite serious injuries, the chp officer is expected to live. they hope to learn more from the officer after speaking to him in the hospital. but right now it is too early to determine who was at fault or if anyone will be sited. we wi
