The body of an adult man that was found in the Susquehanna River Tuesday has been identified as Delmar Cornelius King, 33, of Harrisburg.
A positive identification was made by the Lancaster County Coroner based upon fingerprint comparison. The cause of death was drowning.
The last known contact with King was on March 20 in Harrisburg.
King s body was discovered at noon Tuesday along the shore on the Lancaster County side, police said in a news release.

A man whose body was found in the Susquehanna River on Tuesday has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner.
Delmar Cornelius King, 33, of Harrisburg, was identified as the man who was found by a kayker along the shore near the Riverfront Park section of the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail in the 500 block of Vinegar Ferry Road in East Donegal Township, south of Maytown, at around 12:22 p.m. Tuesday, said Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni. King s remains were identified using a fingerprint comparison.
An autopsy Wednesday morning determined that King died of a freshwater drowning, though his manner of death is still under investigation, Diamantoni said.

Lancaster County authorities pulled another body from the Susquehanna River Tuesday the second discovered in the river in as many days, authorities said.
Susquehanna Regional police said a kayaker found a body around 12:22 p.m. Tuesday near the Riverfront Park Northwest river trail.
The body which has not been identified as of Wednesday morning was turned over to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office, police said. Police said a forthcoming autopsy will determine the identity and cause of death.

A body found in the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County Tuesday has been identified as a missing Harrisburg man.
The coroner on Wednesday said the body belonged to Delmar C. King, 33, of South 19th Street in Harrisburg.
A kayaker paddling along the Eastern shore of the river discovered his remains Tuesday about 12:20 p.m. near River Front Park in East Donegal Township.
The coroner said the cause of death was fresh-water drowning. The manner of death is still pending as police investigate. There are five possible manners of death: accidental, natural, suicide, homicide and undetermined.
