People were injured when a deck collapsed at an apartment building. Police say there were 16 people on the deck along the 8800 block of ridge avenue when it happened. One of those injured was an off duty police officer. Specters are trying to determine why the deck gave way. The search has been called off for a teen who never recovered from the Delaware River.
