Ludhiana: While two years have passed since the civic body proposed an anti-rabies vaccination programme for stray dogs, the drive is yet to see light.
Near-field communication (NFC) tags have also been put around the vaccinated dogs in a bid to enhance the management of stray dogs. BMC carried out the vaccination drive in collaboration with NGO Yoda, Captain India, Zimaxx, and Mumbai Internat-ional Airport Limited (MIAL).
