good saturday morning v cold for me this morning. extremely cold, you might think groundhog got it right because it feels more like single digits out there we will see milder weather heading our way as we move into sunday but today will be a cold one. we will start off with a live look at our neighborhood network looking at the city glowing in green off there in the distance as we look across the river, it is a very cold start, mostly clear skies, 18 degrease in philadelphia, 15 in millville, 15 in atlantic city, 20 degrees down the shore in wildwood but here s what it feels like factoring in the wind chill and not a whole lot of wind coming from five to 10 miles an hour out of the west, so, it feels more like the single digits in many locations. feels more like seven in philadelphia, 5 degrees in wilmington. feels more like teens down the shore but up in the poconos, it is feeling like 10 degrees below zero. heading in the afternoon we have a high of 34. chilly day. ....
news4 at 11 starts now. and darcy spencer has the latest on the incident that happened in prince george s county. darcy? i think we re having some technical difficulties. we apologize for that. reporter: a train that overturned at a popular prince george s county park. investigators are focusing on the train operator and the mechanics of the ride as they try to figure out what caused the accident that sent 21 people mostly children to the hospital. the driver said the police officer he tried to stop the train, right. but the brake is gone. reporter: tomas hernandez says his wife daughter, and four grandchildren were on the ride at the cosca park in clinton when the main car derailed and rolled on the paved pathway. for now everybody i think is okay. reporter: of the 21 people who were hurt, only three or four were adults. a witness tells news4 one of the parents punched the operator of the train in the face. the operator was among those who were transporte ....
