good saturday morning v cold for me this morning. extremely cold, you might think groundhog got it right because it feels more like single digits out there we will see milder weather heading our way as we move into sunday but today will be a cold one. we will start off with a live look at our neighborhood network looking at the city glowing in green off there in the distance as we look across the river, it is a very cold start, mostly clear skies, 18 degrease in philadelphia, 15 in millville, 15 in atlantic city, 20 degrees down the shore in wildwood but here s what it feels like factoring in the wind chill and not a whole lot of wind coming from five to 10 miles an hour out of the west, so, it feels more like the single digits in many locations. feels more like seven in philadelphia, 5 degrees in wilmington. feels more like teens down the shore but up in the poconos, it is feeling like 10 degrees below zero. heading in the afternoon we have a high of 34. chilly day. we wil
